License: Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital wallpaper file(s) on your own personal devices. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files, in original or modified form, with any third party.

Digital delivery: Files are delivered via download link immediately after purchase and, where applicable, by email. It is your responsibility to save your files upon download; we recommend downloading promptly, as links may expire after a limited time or number of uses.

Availability: We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify products in our catalog at any time.

Limitation of liability: Cadenza Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our digital products.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
