Refund policy

All items sold by Cadenza Designs are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued or the file has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue — a corrupted file, a broken download link, or you did not receive your files after payment — contact us at support@cadenzadesigns.store and we will resolve it promptly, including issuing a replacement download or a refund at our discretion if the issue cannot be fixed.

If you believe you were charged in error, please reach out within 14 days of purchase.
